Summer Opportunity: MIST Makers

Hi EE Majors!!!!

The MIST Center in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is organizing an undergraduate effort this summer called the MIST Makers.   Volunteer undergraduate students will work on teams to develop creative smart systems that integrate sensors, computing, wireless connectivity, and power management, commonly known as the “Internet of Things”.  Students can develop practical problem-solving and design skills while working on hardware projects that can help improve quality of life or address real-world problems.  Students who have done well in digital logic and microprocessor applications are preferred.  Please contact Dr. Nishida <nishida@ufl.edu> and Dr. Arnold <darnold@ufl.edu> for more information.
