LAST DAY TO DROP AND COLLEGE WITHDRAWALS AND COLLEGE PETITIONS

Hi EE Majors

LAST DAY TO DROP/WITHDRAWAL

           1)      The last day to drop is April 12^th!!!! If you are dropping a course, please submit your request via ONE.UF and follow-up with the email that gives me permission to drop your course.  If I do not receive an email from you, I will not drop the course.

        2)      If you are withdrawing from the semester (all your courses), please go this page, https://registrar.ufl.edu/services/withdrawals.html then follow the directions.

COLLEGE PETITIONS

You still have time to submit a college petition.   Please complete the petition as soon as you can then submit it to me. I then can write my statement then send to the college.  IF you have questions, please let me know.   The Final cutoff for the college petition is the 4/12/2019 by 4pm.  Once the college makes their decision, they will notify you via email if it is approved or not.   The college petition form is on this web page, https://www.eng.ufl.edu/students/resources/undergraduate-student-handbook/petitions/

Walk-in Advising Hours

Monday 10-12

Tuesday 10-11 and 2-4

Wednesday: no hours

Thursday 10-12 and 1-2 and 3-4

Friday 10-12 and 1-4

If you are completing college drop because you have used all your allotted drops.  I must have your college petition by April 9^th.  This will give me enough time to write my statement and send to the college for their decision.  Once the college makes their decision, they will notify you via email if it is approved or not.   The college petition form is on this web page, https://www.eng.ufl.edu/students/resources/undergraduate-student-handbook/petitions/

Clearing Advance Registration holds:

If you have not cleared your hold as of this date, please follow the directions below. Thank you for coming in early and for assigned appointments. 

To clear your hold as of 4/2/19

1)      Complete the online advance registration form https://ufl.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_aXhTxd0OpXF2tVz

2)      Email me that you have completed the form

3)      I will clear your hold

4)      You are required to meet with me before the end of the semester, just to make sure you are reading your audit  correctly

If you are having pre-req issues with EEE or EEL courses, Please send an email to  registration@ece.ufl.edu.  Please include your UFID, your name, the course number and course the system says you are missing; if you have sent me the email. I will respond to you when I have adjusted your file.
