Walk-in Advising Hours for the week of 7/31/17

Mon: 10-11 and 1:30-3 pm
Tues-Fri: 10-12 and 1-3
For the week of August 6-11 I will be Out of the Office




Fall Semester Updates:
EEL3701C- Digital Logic lab block times are 2 blocks instead of 3 blocks

EEL4930-Microprocessors 2- still have seats available.  If interested in taking the course. Please eamil Dr. Yier at yier.jin@ece.ufl.edu
EEL4287-Smart Grids is cancelled for Fall semester. You should have received an email ece registration about the change.  Please check your schedule and adjust

EEL4948/4949 ECE request form please complete even if you are not earning credit (form is below).  Please return to my office by August 24, 2017.  Please send via email with Subject of "Fall Internship/Coop forms.

2017 Fall Grad Check

Planning to Graduate in Fall 2017:

EE Graduation Checklist

1) Register for the correct courses for upcoming terms (summer and fall)

2) Complete your final graduation check by August 22 by noon.  Please send email to Nicole with the subject: Fall 2017 Grad Check

3) Apply for graduation by August 25^th  by going through the Student Self Service page (https://student.ufl.edu/)

 Look to left side menu click on Certificate/Degree Application and follow the directions

4) Pass all classes

5) Complete ECE Exit Survey:  The ECE Exit Survey will be sent out by end of November. The exit survey  deadline date TBD

6) Complete all other exit surveys by the deadline date that those offices have posted

                Student Financial Aid and Affairs exit survey

                Registrar Office exit Survey (they will withhold your diploma if not completed)

7) Pass all classes
