Good Morning EE Majors!!!!
Summer 2017 begins on May 8th (Monday). I hope you had
a restful break from Spring 2017 semester. This is email will list the important dates and reminders for the summer semester. Please check your summer and
fall schedules to see that you are registered for the courses you remember
signing up for. If you are currently
enrolled in a course that you have not passed the prerequisite course in the
spring semester, please adjust your schedule.
Other students in the major may need that seat to remain on track.

All summer paperwork should be turned into
my office by May 8th by 4:00 pm. If you have submitted
Internship, coop, research or special topic paperwork to me and you do not see
it on your schedule. First, check to see if you have a hold on your record. If you do not, contact me via email.
Students
that are on probation, you will be receiving an email from me; to schedule an
time to come in to complete your probation contract. If you are not on campus this summer, the
email will explain the procedure to complete the form.
Planning to Graduate in Summer 2017:
EE Graduation Checklist
1) Complete your
final graduation check by May 1st by noon
2) Register for the
correct courses
3) Apply for
graduation by May 8th by going through the Student Self Service page
(https://student.ufl.edu/)
Look to left side menu click on Certificate/Degree Application
and follow the directions
4) Pass all classes
5) Complete ECE Exit
Survey: The ECE Exit Survey will be sent
out by end of June. The exit survey will be due July 7th
6) Complete all
other exit surveys by the deadline date that those offices have posted
Student Financial Aid and
Affairs exit survey
Registrar Office exit Survey
(they will withhold your diploma if not completed)
7) Pass all classes
