Hi
EE Majors!!!
We
are at the halfway point of the summer. I wanted to touch base with
updates and deadline dates.
- The first update, there is a calendar with my hours posted on the ECE page. It is up to date (YEAH!!!!). Here is the page, https://www.ece.ufl.edu/academics/undergraduate/advising/undergrad-advising-calendar/
- Fall 2019 Graduating class. Please submit your Grad check questionnaire by August 10th, if you have not submitted already. I thank you!!!!!! Here is the link https://ufl.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9txITD8rbygi2Cp
- Summer Waiver forms should be submitted as soon as possible. You must have the waiver form, letter of offer, and employer evaluation. It will not be processed by the Registrar Office if missing any of those items.
- If you have registered for the EEL4948 summer internship or EEL4949 coop this summer, the student work report and employer evaluation are due August 1st by 5:00 pm. If the forms are not received, you will earn an incomplete.
- STATS for ECE will be offered Fall 2019. Dr. Silva Katia will be the professor. It will be under EEL4930 course number.
- Changes to EEL4657C for the fall semester. The labs will not be flipped. The information that was given to the Student Service Office, the labs will be completed in class. Please check with Dr. Biron for further details (z.biron@ece.ufl.edu).
- For EE Breadth Courses to count for the Breadth Requirements, you must have C or higher. Please check your audits.
- For EEE and EEL courses that are pre-requisites of each other, i.e., EEL4712C Digital Design is the pre-req of EEL4720 Reconfig. You must have a C in EEL4712C to take EEL4720. If you are in that situation, please adjust your schedule. The registration system allowed it because you were enrolled in the course during advance registration. Now that there is a grade posted, you must adjust your schedule.
- If you are completing a fall internship or coop and would like to earn credit, please have the forms submitted no later than August 26th by 4:00 pm. Anything after this date will be a late add.
- EGN4912 (Research) and EEL4905 (Independent Study) for the fall semester are due no later than August 26th by 4:00 pm. Anything after this date will be a late add.
