RE: Mid-Week Reminders

Hi EE Majors:

1) Drop and Add week  8/22-8/26.  Please have your schedule finalized by August 26th.

2) Please have EEL4905 and EGN4912 paperwork in my office on August 26th by noon.  All 
     paperwork submitted after the 8/26/16 will be a late add.


3) Students that are completing internships and coops that have decided to register for credit  
    (EEL4948 or EEL4949). I must have your paperwork for registration by 

    August 26th by noon. All paperwork submitted after the 8/26/16 will be a late add.

4) Students that are planning to graduate in the Fall 2016 please complete your graduation check   
    by August 25th by email (nicolet@ece.ufl.edu).  Please use the following  title in your subject  
    line "Fall 2016 Graduation Check". (Thank you all that have completed the grad check)

My office is located in ECE Student Services Office (SSO) in Larsen Hall room 230 (LAR 230). The SSO is open from 8 am to 5pm and closes for lunch from 12-1 every day. My walk-in advising hours are 10-12 pm and 1-4 pm. If there is change in the schedule, the change will be posted on the EE Blog and/or sent to the EE Listserv. 

       
    For the week of Drop/Add ONLY (8/22-26) my walk-in advising hours will 9:30-12 and 1-4 ONLY!!!!
